Students must submit their application for the course they wish to study at Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co ltd
The following documents are needed:
ü A True copy of their Passport with the details
ü 4 Photo Passport
ü Complete Set of Medical Test as required by the Ministry of Health in Mauritius
ü Police Clearance certificate in the country of origin
ü Latest bank statement for 6 months
ü Letter of Intent/ Interest
ü Birth Certificate
ü ID Card of Parents/ Guardian
ü Educational Certificate
After having received the student application, a Conditional Offer Letter will be issued for a validity of 30 days. Students will need to confirm this offer and make a deposit payment of the amount mentioned in the Conditional Offer Letter during this due period.
Following full payment of the deposit payment, a receipt and Unconditional Offer Letter will be issued and then our office will proceed the visa application of the student.
The application is processed in within one month. If the application is successful at the PIO, a provisional student entry permit is issued to the applicant (valid for three months enabling the applicant to travel to Mauritius).
Medical Certificate
Students must submit a medical report confirming that the applicant is not suffering from any contagious or infectious disease. A test for HIV, Hepatis B and a chest X-ray should be done at any private medical laboratory/clinic/hospital in Mauritius and tests results are required to be submitted to the Passport and Immigration Office not later than one month after arrival. We strongly recommend that the above mentioned medical checks are conducted in your country prior your arrival to Mauritius so as to avoid denied stay in Mauritius. However, the Mauritian authorities will still require you to re-take these tests in Mauritius.
Once the PIO receives the medical report, the Visa will be issued for a duration of minimum one year, renewable on a yearly basis (provided the student is registered with Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co Ltd.
Accommodation
Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co Ltd. will cater for a conditional accommodation arrangement of one month only for the students (subject to terms and conditions).
Students at their own discretion can move to other accommodations. Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co Ltd. will only provide support and assistance for the rental procedures of other accommodations. The new rental agreement must be attached in their permanent application to the PIO. Students should inform Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co Ltd. of any change of address.
Training and placement
Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co Ltd will cater for the training and placement of our students.
Travel and medical Insurance
We highly recommend our students to take a Travel and Medical Insurance for the duration of the course in Mauritius.
Arrival in Mauritius
Flight details should be communicated to Smart Pro Accountancy and Human Resource Co Ltd. so that airport transfer can be made. Students will have to pay for the airport transfer.
